About a book you have bought
If a page is missing, misprinted or upside down, we will replace the book. Say which title and edition and where you bought it, and send a photograph if you can.
Amazon and bol.com handle returns under their own policies, and that is usually faster for a refund. For a replacement copy, come to us.
Press and reviews
Review copies are available for anyone writing about children’s books or early years teaching. Cover images, sample spreads and the author biography are on this site; ask if you need them at print resolution.
Rights and translation
The books are available for translation. Dutch is in progress in-house. For any other language, write with the territory and the format you have in mind.
What we cannot help with
We do not give individual advice about a child’s handwriting or a suspected difficulty. If you are worried, the right person is a teacher, a school learning-support coordinator, or a paediatric occupational therapist. We are a publisher, not a clinic, and pretending otherwise would not be fair to you.
